Here is a registration form that provides us with information about your family and what you need. Please answer all questions truthfully and completely. This form provides us with vital information to apply for grants so we can continue to provide diapers. Rest assured that your information is protected, and we will never sell your information to anyone.
After completing your registration form, click SUBMIT.
Next visit our offices located at 110 Main Street, Hamilton, OH 45013, on a Wednesday or Friday between 11am-2 pm; let us know that you submitted your application online, and we'll take care of the rest!
You'll be out the door in less than 10 minutes!
Diaper Program Registration
How it Works
Once you've submitted your registration form, you can come in any Wednesday or Friday from 11 am - 2 pm to pick up your clothing. You will receive 5-6 pairs of clothes per child in the size needed and 1-2 pairs of shoes. If available, we can also provide coats and other supplies if needed. Clothing will be seasonal and by availability. If your child has any clothes that can be donated, this would broaden our inventory (please check the donate supplies tab for more information).
EVERYONE is accepted regardless of background and income!
Please note: a copy of your Photo ID is PREFERABLE at pick-up for our records.
All you need to do at pick-up is sign in, show us your ID, and you will be out the door in just a few minutes!
